ACPICA: fix for conflict macro definition on zephyr interface

ACPICA commit c71a12dfc66593fa9730c62a519161c4a7fca9f6

remove SEEK_SET/SEEK_END duplicate macro on zephyr header which through
 error while run zephyr CI jobs.
