Read from these files will return the integer value of the chosen power management level now. Separate entries were added to show the target UFS device and UIC link states. Remove dependencies on HAS_DMA where a Kconfig symbol depends on another symbol that implies HAS_DMA, and, optionally, on "|| COMPILE_TEST". In most cases this other symbol is an architecture or platform specific symbol, or PCI. Generic symbols and drivers without platform dependencies keep their dependencies on HAS_DMA, to prevent compiling subsystems or drivers that cannot work anyway. This simplifies the dependencies, and allows to improve compile-testing. Signed-off-by:

In preparation to enabling -Wvla, remove VLAs and replace them with fixed-length arrays instead. bfad_bsg.c uses a variable-length array declaration to measure the size of a putative array; this can be replaced by the product of the size of an element and the number of elements, avoiding the VLA altogether. The arrays fixed here, using the number of constant sections, aren't really VLAs, but they appear so to the compiler.
