It seems developpers didn't update their instances.

All business templates migrated to new format with files like Python Scripts, Web Pages, Web Scripts etc. separate to xml

- Dates Are now using ISOString providing efficient sorting as string
- modification_date property is not saved on object
- Modified conflict_handling parameter to overwrite the remote document with local content (no loss of data)
- the three different storage use different local databases

erp5_officejs: Updated Appcache and jioConf

erp5_web_renderjs_ui: remove erp5_query portal skin and different jquery version again, fix broken apps

It allows to use the same path than the standard UI and so, it will allow to have gadget_field working in erp5_web_renderjs_ui

- update handlebars template, web sites with translations will have a collapsible language menu.
- add collapsible menu inside listview
- fix missing form element on panel searchfield
- add handler to retrieve available languages when creating template
- add translations for all text elements used
- update declareService to handle multiple forms (close panel, searchfield, languages)

Activate it on the frontpage and list view.

Display document as read only by default.
Ease navigation on small screen.
