This reverts commit eac0cc35.

gcc is "incompatible" from version to version in accepted parameters.

There is no rule to put install in /usr/bin.

As gcc 4.6.0 treats more warnings as errors, memcached compilation fails.
Solution took from original bug report for memcached.

As slapos.recipe.erp5 depends on Zope2 in order to generate Zope2 aware
scripts reuse this dependency and import needed method instead of
rewriting it.

Required utils are basename, tr and uname

add dependency to ${perl:version} so that perl libraries will be rebuilt when perl version is updated.

Certificate authority is capable of getting "asynchronous" certificate
creation requests during buildout run, which are later processed one by
one.

Thanks to this recipes are able to request any amount of certificates,
the apache part will wait until certificates are really created.

This feauture have to be implemented on different level.

As PATH is used to implicitly find binaries, restricting to partition's
PATH will disallow accessing any other resources.

Backend will know (somehow) list of possible frontends which are allowed
to access it -- and fully it.

Snippet for security per location is left for future frontend
implementation.
