Different localStorage key for different notebooks

Works aby inserting a 'title' object in meta tag in jsmd text if no title object exists. When reading jsmd, iodide reads the title object and assignes it as the key in localStorage. The generated title is of the form 'notebook-'+timestamp.

Check out, review, and merge locally

Step 1. Fetch and check out the branch for this merge request

git fetch https://lab.nexedi.com/richard.szczerba/erp5.git new-notebook
git checkout -b richard.szczerba/erp5-new-notebook FETCH_HEAD

Step 2. Review the changes locally

Step 3. Merge the branch and fix any conflicts that come up

git fetch origin
git checkout origin/master
git merge --no-ff richard.szczerba/erp5-new-notebook

Step 4. Push the result of the merge to GitLab

git push origin master

Note that pushing to GitLab requires write access to this repository.
