x86/platform/UV: Add UV4 Specific MMR definitions
This adds the MMR definitions for UV4 via an automated script that uses the output from a hardware verilog code to symbol converter. The large number of insertions is caused by the UV4 design changing many similarly named fields in MMR's that are named the same. This prompted the extra production of architecture dependent field defines.
