staging: rtl8187se: Add whitespaces around '+', '-' and '='

Add whitespaces around '+', '-' and '=' as the codingStyle of the kernel
recommends.

Fix checkpatch.pl errors:
ERROR: need consistent spacing around '+'
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: need consistent spacing around '-'
