because Python 3 will also require to keep the distinction between

This fixes a regression caused by commit
  8df410f7

The old distutils way is not compatible with zc.recipe.egg in develop mode,
because egg_info does not provide any information about such scripts.

- new -V/--version command line option
- protocol extended to get the version of any node in the network,
  which will allow to track those running an old version of re6st

Check for dead tunnels evry 5 seconds instead of waiting for the next tunnel_refresh
