Pin erp5.util to version 0.4.49, with:

 * process timeout
 * xmlrpclib.Binary wrapping

  In order to make an resilient backup, resilience stack wait for the internal backup finishes,
  before proceed to notify the pbs. This commit keeps the default behaviour (wait for 10 min w/o changes),
  however allows test software release adopt a much shorter waiting time (1min).

  With this commit we can accelerate resilience tests in several minutes.

  Allow set software-root via parameters allow the webrunner inside a erp5testnode,
  recover the the previous builds from previous resilient tests, and only update (instead build from scratch)
  This is a typical usage on the webrunner (keep updating SR), so there is no
  problem on use this approach on erp5testnode tests.

Software release for testing deploy scripts and Ansible playbooks
provided in slapos.package repository.

It is used by Test Suite and ERP5TestNode and runs tests configured in
Test Suite against VM built with deploy script.

  We require 8 spaces after the second line for adjust the layout at the generated file.

  Make the integration with erp5testnode separeted from original SR.
  Optimise KVM resilient tests by downloading the test image on the software release site,
  without change the original SR. (This will sabe internet and speed up result).

  The testsuite folder is used to change default software type while test slaprunner/kvm as
  currently the erp5testnode don't support diferent software type than default.

  Probably this folder will be removed or re-purposed in future.
