The only change should be the upgrade of rdiff-backup
(from 1.0.5+SlapOSPatched001 to 1.3.4nxd6-SlapOSPatched001)
for some SR that extend the resilient stack.

Mariadb was not shared, because installing mroonga writes a plugin in
mariadb's plugin dir and it's not allowed for one part to write in
another part's folder.

The approach is to install mroonga plugin in it's own plugin directory,
then copy all mariadb default plugins in this plugin directory and
configure instance to use mroonga's plugin directory.

Groonga also has plugins and we are using groonga-normalizer-mysql
plugin. Fortunately, groonga reads plugins located in paths listed in
GRN_PLUGINS_PATH environment variable, so we can use a simpler approach
of installing plugins in their own installation folder and set
GRN_PLUGINS_PATH in the environment of processes using groonga, ie. the
mariadb server process.

apr and apr-util are now build separately. I'm not sure there was any
benefit with that approach of copying the directories inside apache
source tree before build.

Using extra modules, like apache-antiloris require to install apache in
non-shared mode.

This also removes apache-antiloris from cloudooo and erp5 stacks so that
they can use apache as shared. Even if the section was installed, this
was not used anywhere.

Instead of writing the instructions ourselves, source mroonga provided
install script.

Otherwise it will be installed without our special part, using system
curl.

Prevent creating 2 wrapper for the same service if hash changed. Here, one service is exited because port is used by the firt to service to start:

To achieve that, update slapos.cookbook and use hash-existing-files option of wrapper recipe

hash-existing-files list all the files used for hash that are not
handled by buildout. For those files, the hash is calculated as soon as
the __init__ function so that if there is a change in those files,
buildout will remove the existing wrapper (it will uninstall the
section) and replace it with the new wrapper.

Stack LAMP was not used for years so it was completely outdated was not working anymore.
The stack was rewritten to make it works with php7.3
Use mariadb from stack/erp5 because we won't code again all feature done there for mariadb, initialization and backup to have it up-to-date.
Delete old files which are not used anymore
Remove integrated resilience scripts, resilience will works with webrunner which is more stable today.

They are dependencies of slapos.toolbox and we already agreed to put slapos.toolbox version in a shared file.

86deb9c6 (*: slapos.git moved to https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos.git)
went over whole tree and updated slapos.git URL but when changing
non-top-software.cfg-like files forgot to update their md5sum in
software releases.

Fixes started to appear - e.g. 8b1496c3 (kvm: fix md5sum, thanks
@alain.takoudjou), but generally the whole tree remains more-or-less
broken.

Fix it. (not tested - manually checked files and updated md5sums)
