Document that /etc/re6stnet does not have to contain a dh2048.pem file

And if you also host the registry:
re6st-registry.conf ca.key
If you still have a dh2048.pem file in this folder, you can remove it,
as well as the corresponding 'dh' line in re6stnet.conf
