feat: Introduce erp5_wendelin_drone business template for Drone Edge - Artificial Life project

- The business template is used to process drone log data and give a score to each simulated drone flight. The best five drone flights and their parameters are displayed in a notebook.

- Added ingestion policy in the erp5_wendelin_drone business template for Data Bucket Streams.

- Added a notebook for visualization of data with a short description of the project.

- Added tests for this business template, which can be used to dynamically generate new data (mock data).
