Refactoring Get_CurrentParagraph -> GetCurrentParagraph, Get_SelectedText -> GetSelectedText, Get_CurPosXY -> GetCurPosXY, Is_TextSelectionUse -> IsTextSelectionUse, Get_SelectedElementsInfo -> GetSelectedElementsInfo.

Refactoring Get_SelectionBounds -> GetSelectionBounds, Selection_IsEmpty -> IsSelectionEmpty, Selection_DrawPage -> DrawSelectionOnPage.

Implemented SetImageProps, SetTableProps, GetDirectParaPr, GetDirectTextPr for the new class CBlockLevelSdt.

Implemented functions SetParagraphAlign, SetParagraphTabs, SetParagraphSpacing for the new class CBlockLevelSdt.

Implemented functions for working with cursor in the new class CBlockLevelSdt, also these functions were refactored in a whole project. Implemented function for clearing paragraph formatting in the new class CBlockLevelSdt.
