Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into better-asana-refs

* origin/master:
  Use lazy reference extractor to get issue's MRs
  Banzai::XFilter -> Banzai::Filter::XFilter
  Move Markdown/reference logic from Gitlab::Markdown to Banzai
