memblock tests: change build options to run-time options

Change verbose and movable node build options to run-time options.

Movable node usage:
    $ ./main -m

    Or:
    $ ./main --movable-node

Verbose usage:
    $ ./main -v

    Or:
    $ ./main --verbose
