arm64: dts: qcom: sm8650: add interconnect dependent device nodes

Add Hardware nodes that depends on an interconnect property to
be valid.

The includes:
- all QUP i2s/spi nodes
- PCIe
- UFS
- SDHCI
- Display
- HWMON
