Pull device mapper fixes from Mike Snitzer:

 - Fix MAINTAINERS to not include M: dm-devel for DM entries.

 - Fix DM vdo's murmurhash to use proper byteswapping methods.

 - Fix DM integrity clang warning about comparison out-of-range.
