docs: path-lookup: fix HTML entity mojibake

Two cases of "<" somehow turned into "&lt;". I noticed it on
<https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/filesystems/path-lookup.html>.

I've verified that the HTML output is correct with this patch.
