Documentation: filesystems: update btrfs tools section

The tools mentioned have been obsoleted long ago, replace
with the current ones.

Snapshots and subvolumes cannot be deleted right now, but you can
rm -rf all the files and directories inside them.
Other tools for specific tasks:
btrfsck: do a limited check of the FS extent trees.
