ethtool: add missing EEPROM to list of messages

ETHTOOL_MSG_MODULE_EEPROM_GET is missing from the list of messages.
ETHTOOL_MSG_MODULE_EEPROM_GET_REPLY is sadly a rather long name
so we need to adjust column length.
