media: cxusb-analog: Fix some coding style issues

This is a new file, so the best moment to make it to follow
Kernel coding style is now.

This patch was partially generated with:

	./scripts/checkpatch.pl --fix-inplace --strict -f drivers/media/usb/dvb-usb/cxusb-analog.c

And manually checked and adjusted to avoid any warnings.
