staging: comedi: usbduxfast: remove impossible 'if (!devpriv)' checks
The private data 'devpriv' is allocated in the (*auto_attach) before the subdevices are initialized and the (*auto_attach) has to complete successfully before the core will call any of the subdevice operations.
