This changes solve the following tasks:

• use ooo handler for support all libreoffice formats in x2t handler
• use metadata.json in yformat_zip for store metadata
• convert metadata to/from yformat

For this changes work in full all ooo handlers should be changed to x2t handlers in config.

Tests are not done yet.
