- Remove need for the `converse-mouse-events` plugin.
- Register `mousemove` and `mouseup` handlers only when necessary and only inside the MUC DOM element.
- Restore converse-dragresize to roughly it's original state before work started on this.
- Move `applyDragResistance` to utils.
