Erp5JS access page

Provide an ERP5JS frontpage to add quick access to some erp5 actions (contribute file, add new document, generate report, ...)

What is missing:

• add a router command to correctly link to an erp5 dialog, so that history previous directly comes back to the access tab
• add tests
• check if number of jio calls can be reduced when navigating to one action
• improve the CSS of the osoe provided example
• check the access page render parameters, to allow other kind of router command
