Remove tiptap v1 library from the codebase.
We used Tiptap v1 to implement the Copy GFM
feature. However, we can rely on ProseMirror,
the underlying library behind Tiptap to implement
this feature by defining schemas for every
GFM Node Type.

Tiptap v1 has been deprecated and is not
receiving updates anymore
