- Since advanced_search is now a separate page, we
can move the code from `index.js` to a separate bundle
in `advanced_search/index.js`.
- Code for advanced_search inside
`integrations/index.js` was duplicated but outdated and
not really used.
- There is non-ee `integrations/index.js` which already
handles initializing isntance-level integrations.
