Gloabl katex refers to code in
app/assets/javascripts/blob/notebook/index.js (lines 23 and 30) which
looks for references to katex urls on the gon object. Such urls don't
exist. They can be hard coded via additions into gon_helper.rb but this
doesn't seem sensible.
