[PATCH] ALSA update [4/10] - 2002/07/14

  - seq_virmidi - exported snd_virmidi_receive() for processing the incoming events from the event handler of a remote virmidi port.
  - pcm_lib.c - fixed wrong spinlock
  - AC'97 code
    - added VIA codecs, fixed order
    - added S/PDIF support for Conexant CX20468
  - ALI5451 - fixed wrong spinlock
  - ES1968 - fixed wrong mutex
  - ICE1712 - fixed SMP dead-lock
  - HDSP driver update
  - RME9652 - fixed wrong spinlock
