[PATCH] dvb: Update Skystar2 DVB driver

From: Michael Hunold <hunold@linuxtv.org>

Complete revamp of the original driver: code beautification + linux coding
sytle, full diseqc support, hardware filtering support, support for different
card revisions and lots of other stuff.
