Pull Kbuild fixes from Masahiro Yamada:

 - hand-off primary maintainership of Kbuild

 - fix build warnings

 - fix build error when GCOV is enabled with old compiler

 - fix HAVE_ASM_GOTO check when GCC plugin is enabled
