[PATCH] m68knommu cleanup setup.c (printk and irqreturn_t)

Cleanup m68knommu/kernel/setup.c.  Add type to all printk calls, remove
obsolete framebuffer setup and fix a few irqreturn_t for interrupt handlers
in prototypes.

Printk cleanup originally from kernel janitors.
