[PATCH] Allow X86_MCE_NONFATAL to be a module

From: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>

By allowing X86_MCE_NONFATAL to be a module, it can be included in
distribution kernels without upsetting those with strange hardware.
