xtensa: drop unused {CONFIG,PLATFORM}_DEFAULT_MEM_SIZE

Now that noMMU cache attributes are set up separately drop no longer
used macro PLATFORM_DEFAULT_MEM_SIZE and config symbol
CONFIG_DEFAULT_MEM_SIZE used for setting it.
