WIP: Feature/playbook rapid.space vps tiogapass
Implement smart the steps described in https://handbook.rapid.space/provider/rapidspace-HowTo.Partner.Setup.Server.Installation, especially about disk selection.
It shall correctly detect the disk by size (eg. bigger than 3T), and link it. If link is already there and points to disk, it shall just simply complain, if that disk is not big enough, otherwise it shall be overridden (note: code can be different than expressed logic, until the requirement is met).
