As a consequence, reduces portal type duplication: Solver Tool portal type
is also present in erp5_simulation, and does not work without it installed.

Also, install erp5_simulation before erp5_trade in tests.
Note for testFunctionalKM: not moving erp5_simulation_test as this BT also
depends on erp5_trade and not just erp5_simulation.
