fix some portal_type icon to use existing icons, add a catagory on Apparel Fabric and hide Mapped Value portal_type on Apparel Size.

add 'display=display' argument in setConversion just same as arguments in getConversion() otherwise generateCacheId() value differs and images cache will not be hit.

- use ApparelColourRange instead of VariationRange (revert of r29344) because ApparelColourRange defined a default value (color) usefull for this class.
- also partially revert r29343 in the same way
- use _list for variation_base_category and optional_variation_base_category fields

* support function and project for most accounting reports (for now only activated once AccountingTransactionLine_getFunctionItemList and AccountingTransactionLine_getProjectItemList return something)

limit the maximum of rasterized image to 4096 pixles.

XXX since the dimention can be different on each page, it is better to
call 'pdfinfo -f page_num -l page_num' to get the size of each page.
