- replace 'variation_base_category' property by PropertySheet VariationRange
- remove ApparelColourRange property_sheet because VariationRange could be used
instead

- module traduction should be translated with a preposition (like 'Module
  des ...')
- all french translations should have only one upper case letter (the first
  one)
- some translation have no meaning (like "Apparel Technical Drawing" ->
  "Figurine"), change them

Modify some proxyfields to get the value from this property. If no value is defined, the value the proxyfield have before is used, in this way, this change should not have impact for people who don't define this preference field.
