This shows new problems. The splitted movement have an accepted quantity of 0,
so nothing is expanded below, and no accounting is built. This is the cause of
test_13_SplitAndDeferInvoice failure.
Also, existing applied rules cannot be expanded anymore because they try to
generate a profit & loss movement.

We must now be using solvers.

When importing back ace.js containing a last line with whitespaces only, the
last line was not imported, and thus the file could never been downloaded
completely as its really size was less than the one on the File ZODB object.

Counting all documents matching some criterion has a cost proportional to
the number of those documents. Modules grow large easily (the effect
becomes quite noticeable from ~50k), and this information costs too much.
