Add configuration to run cloudooo with the configuration file and update documentation to show how it works.

the format impr.html is used to htm and xhtml too. this format is used to export correctly the documents in erp5_dms.

fix compatibility between cloudooo and ERP5. When a presentation document is converted to html, ERP5 expects the main document in the format 'impr.html. And, add a test to validate it.

the path of the scripts unoconverter and unomimemapper were defined in the configuration files, but when cloudooo is an egg, the buildout don't find these paths correctly. So, this modification is to obtain the paths dynamically and refactor cloudoooTestCase to load the configuration correctly.
