existing environment variables should not affect cloudooo. if some enviroment variables should be set, we should improve cloudooo so that it can accepts such parameters in its configuration file.

test modules.
because each test suite defined in a test module can not work
if the constant is False. ie Constant are not Optional.
As an example:
 runCloudOOoUnitTest --with-deamon conf_path testServer.py
can not work without --with-deamon option, so move this flag to testServer.py

get rid of getopt

Obviously --server_cloudooo_conf is not an option but mandatory

Remove unused Option log_path.
