configuration of websites with help of Varnish.

This script use wget to crawl the website and inspect all Status code,
then headers returns by server.

This script parse also varnish logs to know if client's query goes to the backend
or not.

This utility is still under developement, it's released under beta version
for testing purpose only.

This implements the requirement of the following test.

This reverts commit 2674ce84.

The commit broke amount generator functionality. That caused 20 errors,
and 64 failures in the test suite.

Listbox search result (in right + thumbnail) should be above rest of other page elements (i.e. footer).

In search form we explicitly need to disbale "hide listbox rows" as selection argument is defined fomr outside listbox itself.

Make all gadgets in a public state by default as the gadgets itself can be used in building Web sites (KM) for anonymous users. It is safe to make them available to public as they just contain the "way" UI should be constructed (not the data that will build the UI itself).
