Changes for CTableId were reworked into a new classes. File "Format/Constants.js" was replaced with "HistoryCommon.js" in the parent "common" directory.

Added factory of classes for changes. From now changes can be send and received in both cases as an old objects and as a new classes. Also fixed several bugs with changes of ParaRun class.

Undo/redo functions are working with both types of changes like an old object and like a new classes.

All changes for class ParaRun were reworked in to a classes. Also added a scheme sketch for Undo/Redo for fast collaboration.

Added base classes for changes in collaboration. Started to rework collabotation changes into a classes for class ParaRun.

Reworked constants for history. For now all constant for type of class - is 2 high bytes long values, constants for changes TypeOfClass | TypeOfChange. So from now by a type of change it is possible to get a type of class.
