Implemented function PasteFormatting for the new class CBlockLevelSdt. Refactoring Is_SelectionUse/Selection_IsUse -> IsSelectionUse, Paragraph_Format_Paste -> PasteFormatting.

Refactoring Get_SelectionBounds -> GetSelectionBounds, Selection_IsEmpty -> IsSelectionEmpty, Selection_DrawPage -> DrawSelectionOnPage.

Implemented SetImageProps, SetTableProps, GetDirectParaPr, GetDirectTextPr for the new class CBlockLevelSdt.

Implemented functions for working with cursor in the new class CBlockLevelSdt, also these functions were refactored in a whole project. Implemented function for clearing paragraph formatting in the new class CBlockLevelSdt.
