Thorax-lumbar: pull `backbone-localstorage.js` in using package manager

This was still in the `src/js/lib` folder, while it can perfectly use
Bower to pull it in. In the future that will work fine with npm too.

When moving this app to use bower, backbone.localStorage simply wasn't
published on Bower yet.
