Minor typo correction in README

- Use the base.css
- Trim whitespace on new todo
- Trim whitespace on todo update, and remove todo if empty
- Reset the checked state of "Mark all as complete", when the "Clear completed" button is clicked

Removed rogue terror-comma from the premises.

copied over html structure from the jquery version and started hacking to make it work with the existing controller

Move the css to the assets folder

It only contains one rule, which should be in your global gitignore anyway

Fixed that @maccman appears twice in contributers list

Had to use the old GitHub v2 API, since v3 doesn't have a 'name' field...
