in Base_viewAddEventDialog:
- add sender&receiver
- change the destination state of the event based on who is the sender
- allow to keep event in draft state

in Event_viewCreateTicketWorkflowActionDialog:
- copy title from event
- make selection of resource dynamic based on ticket portal type
- fix some category definition on the created ticket
