revert a part of r31835 and set 'cell' same as 'here' if 'cell' is undefined, so that we can use the same formbox for both ListBox and non-ListBox using 'cell' parameter.

IE: insert-before with career as target object means we want to add a object on parent's career, not on
career itself.

The modification consist in adding several sub objects on persons (Telephone and Career).
