Restore entry_points.txt in egg-info. This file must be present if one desires to build or install setuptools on a system which doesn't already have some form of setuptools installed (such as a clean Python installation that has just cloned setuptools). This file could be omitted if we choose to only support installing via a setuptools-built sdist
