Fix some typos in the documentation

Disable test_two_levels_deep when /tmp is a symlink. The results it is returning are suitable (shouldn't cause errors in runtime). Users are invited to trace the problem and find a solution. Fixes #231.

ssl_support: Adjust to tunneling changes in Python 2.7.7 and 3.4.1.

Since Python 3 will always need the _execfile functionality (to fulfill the test in test_sandbox), this functionality should become part of the core implementation.
